Shipping

How long will delivery of my order take?

All orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours of placement. 
UK orders are typically delivered the next working day after shipment. 
International orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days, depending upon the destination and customs processing. 
Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.

Will my order need a signature on delivery?

In most cases, yes. Therefore please choose an address to ship to where you know someone will be in to sign for the package (i.e. your work place). 
We have chosen the most secure means of delivery with Royal Mail called Tracked and Signed* where items can be fully tracked and a signature is required by the recipient on delivery.** 
* with the exception of wallpaper samples which are sent by normal first class mail. 
** some countries offer a more limited postal service but we always will choose the most secure option possible.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".

This price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to every country. If you are outside of the UK, please select 'Everywhere else' from the drop down destination shipping menu.

WHERE'S MY STUFF?

If you've waited past the expected delivery day and your item has still not arrived, check the tracking details online. Most of our items (and ALL international items) are sent with a 'tracked and signed' service (except wallpaper samples). 
When shipped, you would have been sent an email from info@anatomyboutique.com with your tracking code and the website you need to use to trace your parcel (check your junk mail). Please do this before contacting us. 
It may be that the address was invalid and it's being sent back to us, or it could be snagged in customs. 
We DO NOT have access to any further information than you can find yourself using your code online.

Packaging

Individual wallpaper rolls (if just 1 is ordered), and prints are posted in tubes. 
Histology plates and cushions are packaged in boxes with black tissue. 
Jewellery, leather goods and silk scarves are gift boxed.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Wallpaper

Please note: with wallpaper purchases, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges, unless the item is faulty. Please read our section on 'Buying Wallpaper' for more information

Refunds

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or faulty item please email us at: info@anatomyboutique.com within seven days of receipt to notify us of the problem, together with a photograph of the item in question. We will notify you within 5 working days recommending the next step of action. If we request you return the item to us, it should be returned using a trackable insured shipping service to the address given below. It should be securely packaged and you should also include a note of your name, dispatch address, email address and order number.
I'm afraid we cannot refund the return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
We reserve the right to judge whether an item is faulty rather than miss-treated. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
Please allow 14 days for a refund to appear after your confirmation email. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or your credit card company again as sometimes there is a processing delay when refunds are posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email request to info@anatomyboutique.com and send your item to the address below by a trackable insured shipping method. We will notify you when your item is dispatched. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please always use trackable shipping service when returning an item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, it is your responsibility to track the package and have proof of postage.
