Delivery & Returns
How long will delivery of my order take?
Orders placed by noon will be dispatched same day (Mon-Fri).
Depending which option you chose at checkout will determine when you will receive your order. Standard is 1st class post which in the UK is next day, internationally (for samples) it can be up to 2 weeks.
International orders with DHL courier is approx. 2 business days, depending upon the destination and customs processing.
Will my order need a signature on delivery?
In most cases (unless standard post), yes. Therefore please choose an address to ship to where you know someone will be in to sign for the package (i.e. your work place).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based upon the weight of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".
This price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to every country. If your country is not listed, just email us.
WHERE'S MY STUFF?
If you've waited past the expected delivery day and your item has still not arrived, check the tracking details online. Most of our items (and ALL international items) are sent with a 'tracked and signed' service (except wallpaper samples).
When shipped, you would have been sent an email from email@example.com with your tracking code and the website you need to use to trace your parcel (check your junk mail). Please do this before contacting us.
It may be that the address was invalid and it's being sent back to us, or it could be snagged in customs.
Refunds & Exchanges
Please note: with wallpaper purchases, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges, unless the item is faulty. Please read our section on 'Buying Wallpaper' for more informationIn the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or faulty item please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of receipt to notify us of the problem, together with a photograph of the item in question. We will notify you within 5 working days recommending the next step of action. If we request you return the item to us, it should be returned using a trackable insured shipping service. It should be securely packaged and you should also include a note of your name, dispatch address, email address and order number.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
We reserve the right to judge whether an item is faulty rather than miss-treated. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via original method of payment.
